Delivery, Payments & Returns

Ordering Guidelines

1. You may place your order on-line by adding products to your virtual basket.

2. There are no minimum orders.

3. Once an order has been confirmed we will not accept any additions or deletions. Please ensure that all orders are accurate prior to finalising, due to orders being despatched automatically every 3 hours.

Loyalty Discounts & Coupons

1. Only one coupon code will be accepted per order, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer or promotion.

2. For 'trade' wholesale prices, please contact, valid only for verified clients.

Special Promotions

From time to time, we run special promotions on select products for limited periods of time. This could be based on various reasons including bulk discounts that we negotiated with our vendors or clearance discounts on discontinued items.

Payment Methods

1. All payments will be taken before an order is packed and shipped.

2. We accept credit card orders online through the PayPal secure servers, for maximum customer protection.


1. Our default shipping method is Royal Mail for UK orders (1-3 day delivery), or you can upgrade to a 24 Hour Courier service; for orders over £75 the delivery cost is free. Proof of postage is valid for Royal Mail shipping, or a tracking number for courier deliveries.

2. Orders are shipped from our central warehouse in Berkshire, UK.  Delivery to UK addresses currently available. For other countries, please email with your query.

3. St.Grape Green Beauty Inc. takes no responsibility for any loss, damages, or delay that may occur, though courier items are insured, so please notify the team by email to help resolve the matter.

4. We currently do not require orders to be signed when delivered by Royal Mail, only when sent by courier.

5. Orders are despatched Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm from the UK. You will be sent an email on the day of despatch, informing you of your tracking number where applicable.

6. If you have not received your goods within 7 days, please notify us on so we can chase your parcel immediately.

Order Cancellations and Returns

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed online due to products being despatched automatically from our warehouse every 3 hours. If you decide to return your items, please email within 28 days and return the items in their original unopened packaging back to our warehouse for a quibble-free money-back. Customer is responsible for return postage cost back to the UK warehouse.
